Here is a pivot table on some sales results.
Notice we have a product line and a rep that are pretty low producers. Let's cut them out of the report. Starting with the Rep, click on the down arrow.
Then uncheck the box for rep 12 and say OK.
Do a similar process for the Product. Here uncheck the Other box.
There you have it- a cleaner report without the miscellaneous items.
