Yesterday we covered basic filtering of data. Today we look at some advanced features.
One option you get is a top 10 list.

You then get a dialog box where you can choose the top "x" number of either items or percent (if applicable).

Here we selected the top 5 leads by compensation.

Another option you have with AutoFilter is to do custom filters on a field. You get a whole range of comparison options. In this example, you could set a range of the compensation you wanted to look at.

With the custom AutoFilter, you can use some wildcard characters:
Finally, you can use multiple combinations of AutoFilters, to narrow the selections. Here we used filters on the state and industry fields to show financial service leads in Illinois.
