FLA – FINANCE LEADERS ASSOCIATION Founder & Executive Director
Higher end career management/networking group of senior financial executives.
· Founded FLA to provide more service to members and outside community including recruiters and companies.
· Conceptualized/implemented powerful site with e-commerce/content management at www.financeleaders.org .
· Grew organization quickly to 572 dues paying members in first year, generating over 1,100 job leads per month.
· Enhancements include articles, motivations, resources and events for both active and landed members.
FENG - FINANCIAL EXECUTIVE NETWORKING GROUP Founder & Chair- Chicago chapter
Nationwide organization of senior financial executives to help members find new opportunities and build relationships.
· Founded Chicago chapter and built membership to 1,400 in 3 years, becoming largest chapter.
· Added monthly chapter meetings with speakers such as recruiters, venture capitalists and entrepreneurs.
· Provided network for recruiters, venture capitalists and hiring firms to quickly tap into strong financial talent.

COACHING - YOUTH SPORTS
Coached two sons in several sports before they reached high school - hockey,
basketball, soccer and lacrosse.
